16/11/2017 - I have just taken a telephone call from a resident reporting that the light outside of No.13 is flashing and then not working. I have advised them to call and report this on your 0800 number, which they will do in the morning, as unlikely to get any response tonight. This is the last light before a bend in the road. Hopefully this will receive urgent attention especially with the dark nights. Hon Sec RPGA
